Naomi is 11 years old. She was competing in Rhythmic Gymnastics and now has been studying Russian Ballet and was cast in La Sylphide with the Los Angeles Ballet. This course is # 1 in an ongoing series following Naomi's Flexibility Journey as Stacey continues to guide her, you too can now have access to the magic that happens behind the scenes.
Real Flexibility Training is everything!
When her Mother first came to Stacey she was concerned because Naomi’s coach would push her down into splits and make her cry. This is not the 1st tie I have heard about this abusive and dangerous training method.
After she worked with me she learned that effective flexibility training can be fun, gentle and she can safely enjoy the process.
In this filmed Skype Naomi wanted to work on tight hips and front developee extensions. This also includes an advanced comprehensive flexibility program to move past what’s been holding you back and perform at full range of motion.
Series 2 Session # 2
In this session we continue
to work on deep hips openers, excellent
for turn out, clearing back, hip & knee pain & increasing range of motion. Another focus is on Naomi's tight feet & clearing the tightness going all the way up into the hamstring. This brought tremendous results in her front developpe, which was something she really needed to improve. This also covers back-arch, extensions & over-splits
